About your trip
Join us under the first total lunar eclipse for over 3 years in glorious Dorset.
We'll meet in the hills above Swanage (free on road parking) for a tree bathing taster session overlooking the ocean. Before heading down the steps into a secret cove, where we can all but guarantee a peaceful dip.
We'll get the fire roaring, as the group re-warms around Nature's TV on the shore, we'll provide the marshmallows and lead a short Tame the Tides talk.
This is a moderate to hard, short walk involving lots of steps.
