Poor communication when I tried to alter my swim due to injury. In the end thr swim didnt happen due to the weather and I only found out from a friend.

Looking forward to doing it next year as it was cancelled this year due to bad weather.

Fantastic location although the misty weather didn't give us the greatest views but you can't control that. I should have asked how many orange marks there were before I started as the distance seemed endless as I could only see 1 mark at a time. ( Cataract surgery in 4 weeks then I might see better.lol) Great challenge and experience. Shortie wetsuit was fine.Quite a walk from the car park to the set up. Shame the official photographer didn't turn up as would have liked a better photo of the start and finish. Would have been nice to have had more than 1 small 2 inch square of cake and water at the end. Fruit?

Well organised, very safe. Will be back!
