Begin the year with a few days of serene indulgence, savouring delightful meals at the Sawmill Restaurant and immersing yourselves in the warmth of four of Dorset's most exquisite waterside saunas.
At each of these spectacular sauna locations, enjoy exclusive hire, lifeguard-supervised dips, captivating dramatic readings, and our signature homemade cakes.
Embrace a tree bathing taster session, and wander through the natural splendour of the Isle of Purbeck, the Isle of colour and light.

Meet Your Swim Guides
Mel
TWSCo's full-time swim guide, Mel, is a qualified Beach Lifeguard and Open Water Swim Coach who has achieved the National Water Safety Management Programme. She is currently studying for her Diploma in Cold Water Therapy while also being a nutritionist, personal trainer, and swim school operator.
Becky
Starting as a hospitality assistant with TWSCo, Becky is now a certified Beach Lifeguard and Open Water Lifeguard (since 2023).
Rich
Rich brings his expertise as a Beach Lifeguard, Open Water Swim Coach, and National Water Safety Management Programme graduate. As an RNLI lifeboat crew member and Royal Lifesaving Society National Trainer Assessor, Rich also delivers lifeguard and water safety training.

Day 1: Welcome to Dorset!
Arrive at our stunning accommodation at 1pm, where homemade cake and a hot drink will be waiting to greet you. After settling in, we’ll head down to the Studland Bay nature reserve and enjoy a private hire of Studland Sauna. Here, you can also choose between:
Following this, we'll wrap up and unwind around a our fire pit in our courtyard, enjoy nature's TV for the perfect start to your retreat. Following this we'll head to the hotel restaurant to, enjoy a homecooked dinner by our chef at Kingston Country Courtyard.
Day 2: Dive into Dorset's Beauty
Sunrise Magic:
For those who embrace the dawn, begin your day with an unforgettable sunrise dip as the morning light transforms the sky. Enjoy exclusive access to Swanage Sauna, coupled with lifeguard-supervised dips in the bay's tranquil waters.
Hearty Breakfast:
Refuel with a delicious, nourishing breakfast, preparing you for the day's adventures.
Iconic Dipping:
Shortly after breakfast, we'll journey to Lulworth Sauna. Prepare to be captivated by this majestic landscape, where we'll offer lifeguard supervision in the bay and, sea conditions permitting, an exciting swim exploration.
Savour a delightful bite to eat in the picturesque Lulworth Village.
Afternoon Immersion:
In the afternoon, we'll immerse ourselves in nature with a walk through an ancient woodland, offering a tree bathing taster, before venturing on to Purbeck's tallest headland.
Evening Delights:
Indulge in another glorious dinner before the evening culminates in the renowned 'Tame the Tides' talk, led by Rich, a Royal Lifesaving Society National Trainer Assessor. Gain invaluable insights into tides, rips, and waves in this engaging and informal session."
Day 3: A unique sauna experience

Start your day with a hearty breakfast, preparing you for one last adventure.
A surprise sauna experience
We'll keep this one close to our chest, but this unique sauna experience will be one to tell your friends about!
Cake Finale:
No retreat would be complete without one last serving of our signature homemade cake, the perfect treat to celebrate your achievements.
Farewell:
The retreat concludes with carriages at 1pm, leaving you with incredible memories, new friendships, and a heart full of Dorset's charm.
