1:00 PM: Arrive at our exclusive accommodation and kick off the retreat with homemade cake and a hot drink to welcome you.

Head down to the Studland Bay nature reserve for your choice of:

Swim Clinic with Swim Coach Mel, perfect for refining your technique and boosting confidence.

Intro to Wild Swimming / Cold Water Immersion with Rich, ideal for those looking to experience the thrill of open water swimming safely.

Relax and rejuvenate with a private beachside sauna, a Finnish-style introduction to the joys of alternating between dipping and sauna heat—an incredible way to begin your retreat.
Evening

Savour a home-cooked meal by Chef Mel at the accommodation.

End your first day with a magical experience: a sunset dip at our secret location, soaking in the vibrant colours and tranquil waters.

Start your day with an outstanding sunrise dip, accompanied by the bliss of warm croissants, setting the tone for a day of adventure.

Refuel with a hearty breakfast before embarking on an iconic swim to either Old Harry Rocks or Durdle Door, dependent on conditions.

After your swim, enjoy a stylish return to shore aboard a powerboat—a thrilling way to cap off the experience.
Midday

Indulge in homemade cake, followed by warming soup and bread, the perfect post-swim nourishment.
Afternoon

Optionally, join an afternoon hike around the UK's only Super National Nature Reserve, where you’ll explore Dorset's captivating mythology and spot incredible wildlife.

The hike may even include a visit to a cosy country pub, adding a relaxed touch to the adventure.

Evening

Savour a homemade dinner at the accommodation, thoughtfully prepared to round off a fulfilling day.

Conclude with our infamous Tame the Tides talk, led by Royal Lifesaving Society National Trainer Assessor Rich, offering insights into tides, currents, and open water safety in a fun, informal lecture.

Explore Dancing Ledge, a dramatic spot with breathtaking coastal views and a historic tidal pool.

Journey out from Winspit Quarry, a striking location steeped in history and adventure.

Midday

Enjoy a spellbinding swim or dip that perfectly captures the magic of the retreat, leaving you with cherished memories.

Wrap up the morning with homemade cake, the sweetest way to conclude your adventure.
Farewell

Excellent swimming and dipping weekend in Dorset. Accommodation good. And swim spots fabulous. Richard and Mel brilliant guides, they looked after us really well. The group was lovely, a very joyful experience.
