Day Two: Iconic Swims and Coastal Adventures
Start the day with an unforgettable sunrise dip, complete with warm croissants to energize you for the adventures ahead.
After a hearty breakfast, embark on an iconic swim to either Old Harry Rocks or Durdle Door, depending on conditions. A powerboat will whisk you back to shore in style, followed by glorious homemade cake and warming soup with fresh bread to refuel after the swim.
In the afternoon, join an optional hike around the UK's only Super National Nature Reserve, exploring Dorset’s mythology and incredible wildlife—with a likely stop at a country pub for refreshment.
End the day with a homemade dinner and our renowned Tame the Tides talk by Royal Lifesaving Society National Trainer Assessor Rich, preparing you for future wild swimming adventures.
