  • A Swim Clinic with Swim Coach Mel to refine your open-water skills, or
  • An Intro to Wild Swimming and Cold Water Immersion led by Rich, perfect for newcomers or those looking to enhance their technique and confidence.

Following this, unwind in a private beachside sauna, where the Finnish-style dip-and-sauna experience offers the perfect start to your retreat. Back at the house, enjoy a homecooked dinner by Chef Mel, followed by a trip to a secret sunset dip location for a truly magical end to your first day.
